I'm running 11.3 on my Asus EEE PC 1000HE. It freezes a lot, but never ever can recover from it. at least twice a day, it will freeze, not respond to anything, keyboard, mouse, new device, etc, can't even move the cursor.

Anyone have similar problems with 11.3? Where might some logs be that could help diagnose the problem?

Right now my only solution is to drop the battery out and reboot, never says anything about recovering from an error, or such and such crashed.

I don't have much extra software on it, mostly Wicd and EEE-control and some plasma thingys, that could be the root of the problem. Those are the only 2 that i can find that interact with the system core, acpi, etc, and they're always running when it crashes.

Could be a graphic driver I suppose, but it doesn't act like a driver crash.
